Beth Hughes Sachse began her design career alongside her mother and sister when they started their antique business, SR Hughes & Daughters, in 1980. She continues to enjoy designing spaces and collaborating on design projects with the SR Hughes team.

Brian joined SR Hughes in 2020 as our Managing Partner and Director of Architectural Design. Degrees in Architecture and Construction Management provide Brian with a blend of creativity and business acumen that he has honed over the last 17 years working in both industries. He has successfully led projects in residential and commercial sectors, including hospitality, retail, and corporate.

Prior to joining the SR Hughes design team, Cassie’s interior design career began in hospitality and residential spaces in Tennessee with Blackberry Farm. Her work reflects her collaborative nature and includes everything from construction management and hardscape selection to space planning and styling finishing touches. She thrives on being part of a community and using her design degree to efficiently problem solve and create spaces that genuinely reflect the people who live in them.

Melissa is Manager of Operations, and ensures that things go as smoothly as possible across the boards at SR Hughes. She has her finger on the pulse of both Showroom and Design projects and is key to the day to day as well as the big picture operations. She is our rock — and she rocks!

Danielle is our Director of Procurement and Design Sales. Her experience and knowledge about our 25+ showroom lines is vast. She continually identifies new and exciting furniture, lighting, carpet, and accessory designers. Her innate sense of style allows her to cultivate showroom product that is both timeless and on the design forefront. Danielle navigates commercial, trade, and residential product sales with grace and keeps our customer experience ratings soaring.

Makenzie joined our design team in 2024 after earning her architecture degree from the University of San Diego. She gained hands-on experience through internships in Tulsa and San Diego and even taught herself rendering. With a passion that spans architecture, landscaping, and interiors, Makenzie loves exploring how design can reflect the unique identity of the people who live in a space. We’re excited to have her fresh perspective and talent on our team!
